FAQ

Generally we aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days. However if you order contains multiple products types, dispatch will be based on the longest turnaround time. Please see below for individual dispatch times. Please note during busy times this may differ.

Cards: 5 working days. 

Prints: 5 working days for UK customers and up to 10 days for A2 and larger prints. 

Canvas: We aim to dispatch all orders within 10 working days for UK customers. 

Should you have any issues with your product once you have received it, we are committed to addressing them promptly.

We encourage you to reach out to us via email as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days of receiving your item, to share your concerns. If a return is necessary, please send the item back to us within 14 days, in its original packaging. We aim to process exchanges or refunds swiftly upon receipt.

Please note, we can only cover the cost of return shipping if the item is defective. We advise securing proof of postage when returning an item, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns. Items returned should be in a condition fit for resale, except in cases of defect.

You will receive order emails from our system when the status has changed.

You can also enter your details on the Order Tracking page to check the status at anytime.

If you receive any incorrect items within your order, or if your order is incorrect. Please email us at sales@summattolaughabout.com, ensuring you provide your order number and the incorrect items you received.
